Special Needs Team Participants: Must purchase a Theme Park Pass but receive free team registration
Parent Team: Must purchase a Theme Park Pass and have a discount rate of $13/part
These prices are valid for registrations received by April 16th
Thereafter, add $5/person
Dual Participants
Participants on more than 1 team must pay an additional $13 for each additional division.
Saturday (CHEER) Tentative Overview:
8:30am Parking lot opens, Registration begins
8:45am Busch Gardens opens
9:15am Coaches Meeting
9:30am First Team Competes
* Please note that at least one coach from your program MUST register at the set registration time. The registration area will be closed at the start of the competition.
Sunday (DANCE) Tentative Overview:
Dance teams MUST register on Thursday or Friday at the hotel, or SATURDAY morning at Busch Gardens. There WILL NOT be a registration time on Sunday! See times & locations below.

Itinerary:
Itineraries will be emailed to all coaches the week of the event. The first TENTATIVE itinerary will be posted and sent the MONDAY prior to the event.
An updated version will be posted and sent on WEDNESDAY. The FINAL itinerary will post and go out on FRIDAY.
Registration:
At least one coach must check in at the registration area. If monies are owed, this must be paid at the time of registration in the form of cash ONLY. Money orders, checks, and credit cards will NOT be accepted. In the event that you have not turned in your medical release forms, you will be charged a fee and will need to also pay this in cash.
Coaches Meeting:
It is the responsibility of the coach to be aware of any changes that are made and discussed at meetings, therefore, at least ONE head coach must attend the coaches meetings. Here you will be notified of any itinerary changes, and have the opportunity to ask specific questions about the event. Whenever possible, we will try to have a head judge present for you to ask legality questions. However, we encourage you to send in a video well in advance to an event for particular questions so one of the legality judges can review the question prior to competition.
