2008 - 2009 PRICING:
EARLY (2 months prior): $75/part.
ON TIME (1 month prior): $85/part.
LATE (less than 1 month prior): $95/part.
CROSSOVERS: All crossovers now 1/2 off! This includes cheer-to-dance!!!



Coaches Registration Fees:
1 FREE coach per team. Additional coaches are $35/coach. Coach Registration includes access to VIP Room and Warm Up Areas.

MASTERS INDIVIDUAL COMPETITION:
WHO CAN ENTER:
Any 10th to 12th grader/18 years old as of May 31, 2007 whose team is entered in the MASTERS team competition.
COST: 1 free individual competitor for every team you have entered in the Masters competition! Additional competitors are just $25/participant!
ROUTINE:
There is no restriction to your routine! You have 1 minute to SHOW what you MASTER! You may use other persons to show your stunting skills. You may just want to tumble or dance. It is up to you to show off what you MASTER!

INDIVIDUAL AWARDS:
All participants receive a Cheerleading Masters Participation Scroll
College Scholarships to the top 5 individual winners (grades 10-12):
1st place: $1,000
2nd place: $750
3rd place: $500
4th Place: $350
5th place: $200
Please note:
• All of the monetary awards for this event are college scholarships and will be written directly to the college after the student has registered for, and is accepted to the college/university. If a student does not attend college, the college scholarship money is forfeited for that individual, and cannot be transferred to anyone else.


Dance Teams:
Dance teams only compete once and are not eligible for any additional specialty awards - only Masters National Champion Plaques & Banners. The registration fee for dance teams is the same as for cheer participants.

Junior – Jazz; Hip Hop
Senior—Jazz; Hip Hop


Itinerary:
Itineraries will be emailed to all coaches the week of the event. The first TENTATIVE itinerary will be posted and sent the MONDAY prior to the event.
An updated version will be posted and sent on WEDNESDAY. The FINAL itinerary will post and go out on FRIDAY.

Regular admission $12.00/day

Video taping
Video taping is now ALLOWED at all Coastal events!


Registration:
At least one coach must check in at the registration area. If monies are owed, this must be paid at the time of registration in the form of cash ONLY. Money orders, checks, and credit cards will NOT be accepted. In the event that you have not turned in your medical release forms, you will be charged a fee and will need to also pay this in cash.


Coaches Meeting:
It is the responsibility of the coach to be aware of any changes that are made and discussed at meetings, therefore, at least ONE head coach must attend the coaches meetings. Here you will be notified of any itinerary changes, and have the opportunity to ask specific questions about the event. Whenever possible, we will try to have a head judge present for you to ask legality questions. However, we encourage you to send in a video well in advance to an event for particular questions so one of the legality judges can review the question prior to competition.
